These terms govern your use of LinguaRocket. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

LinguaRocket provides practice mock exams, a practice question library, and automated scoring and feedback for language-proficiency exams. Scores are practice estimates intended to help you prepare; they are not official results.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• One account is for one person; do not share access.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All practice content is original or properly licensed and remains the property of LinguaRocket. We are not affiliated with, and our content is not endorsed by, any official testing organization.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinguaRocket is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
